https://www.canva.com/design/DAGefJKY3ew/kqtCYDse6goV3z4N0wApFQ/view  Click the above Link Dear Readers, We bid adieu to Maagh and greet Phalgun! As the crisp air of winter begins to soften into the early hints of spring, the month of February forms the confluence of Maagh and Phalgun - when it bridges the cold retreat of winter and the blooming promise of Spring. Residents in our local community are under constant, unwelcome assault by flocks of pigeons, often referred to as 'rats with wings.'  These pigeons are not just a nuisance, they are a threat to our health and the values of our residences. The two decades-long practice of pigeon feeding has led to a drastic increase in their population and a parallel rise in respiratory, digestive, and other significant health disorders among the residents.  People are suffering, and there have been instances of residents dying due to pigeon-related diseases. Our once pristine properties are tarnished by messes on an epic scale. We all love nature, but when it comes to an overrun of pigeons damaging our health and property, we ought to stand up. Studies indicate that pigeons can carry diseases like histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, and psittacosis, which can be severe to human health. As per the World Health Organization report, exposure to pigeon droppings can lead to significant respiratory hea...
